NZ stock market held up well today, despite fall
It's a rocky ride but not as rough as overseas.

The New Zealand stock market has regained some ground today after opening sharply lower, following declines on bourses in the US and Europe overnight.
The S&P/NZX50 was down as much as 1.8% during the day but closed down 0.8%, slipping 68 points to 8574.
