O'Connor sees RCEP as 'more lucrative' trade deal than CPTPP

New Zealand's trade team says it's 'realistic and ambitious' to talk of finishing RCEP in 2019.

Minister of State for Trade and Export Growth Damien O'Connor thinks if a number of controversial subjects can be smoothed over, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) will be concluded by the end of the year.
