Oil sinks below $US20 a barrel
Slumping demand overrides a price war as main factor.

The price of crude oil dropped overnight below $US20 as shutdown measures against the Covid-19 virus slashed demand.
West Texas Intermediate touched $US19.85 a barrel before gaining back above $US20, while Brent crude hit $US22.58, its lowest since 2002.
