Partners Life buys BNZ Life for $290m
Acquisition builds Partners Life to second largest life insurer.
Life insurer Partners Life has agreed to buy National Australia Bank’s BNZ Life insurance unit for $290 million.
The transaction was announced to the ASX this afternoon.
