PEP puts NZ’s biggest training provider up for sale
Latest accounts report a book value of $317m for NZ-based trans-Tasman group Up Education.
The Up Education group runs 21 training providers including hospitality specialist NZMA.
Private education and training provider Up Education, up for sale by its owner Pacific Equity Partners, has reported a profit of $9.6 million for the year to December.
The trans-Tasman group runs numerous operations including several acquired from the former Intueri Education Group.
