Pet Doctors sold to listed Australian vet group
The acquisition will make National Vet Care the market leader in New Zealand's companion animal sector.
Listed Australian company National Vet Care has bought New Zealand vet chain Pet Doctors Group for an initial $A22.7 million plus a deferred consideration of $A4.3m if earnings targets are met.
