Precinct Properties launches Auckland hotel redevelopment as profit soars

Precinct's 21-storey Auckland redevelopment includes a hotel, office spaces and rooftop bar.

Commercial property investor Precinct Properties has announced a $298 million, 21-storey redevelopment of One Queen St (HSBC House) into an InterContinental hotel, commercial office space and rooftop bar.

The hotel will operate on 11 levels of the building and provide 244 guest rooms and suites,
