QEX board resigns following ‘differences’ with CEO, bank covenant breach
Shares in the company have been suspended for breach of NZX listing rules.
The entire board of embattled QEX Logistics has resigned, effective immediately, citing differences with the company’s chief executive and following it breaching an interest cover obligation with Westpac.
Shares in the company have also been suspended as QEX was now in breach of listing
