Rocket Lab launches American military satellite
It's the company's first launch for 2019.
Kiwi-founded aerospace company Rocket Lab has successfully launched a United States Defense Department satellite today from its Māhia Peninsula launch complex, after earlier launches were delayed.
The 12.27pm launch was the company’s first for 2019 and its fourth orbital mission.
