Scales pulls out of Villa Maria acquisition
The agribusiness last week told shareholders it was still in the running.
NZX-listed agribusiness Scales Corporation has pulled out of the running to buy wine maker Villa Maria, less than a week after telling shareholders it remained interested in the business .
In a statement to the NZX today Scales said it was no longer participating in the sales process for Villa
