Shareholders group slams delay in director ID number
Scant progress appears to have been made on the issue since last year.
According to a briefing paper, Commerce Minister Kris Faafoi hoped to seek Cabinet agreement on policy decisions on a director identification number (DIN), directors’ residential addresses and disclosing beneficial ownership of companies by the end of 2018.
