SkyCity sells Darwin casino for $201m
Deal includes option to develop online gaming business in Northern Territories.

Casino operator SkyCity has announced the sale of its operation in Darwin to US-based hospitality group Delaware North for $A188 million ($201m).
The Darwin casino has been underperforming for some time and SkyCity wrote down its value by $A95m last year.
