Summerset director James Ogden has sold down his stake in the company, which he said was to free up capital to use elsewhere.
A notice to the NZX this morning showed Ogden sold 150,000 shares for $1.6 million in an on-market trade on November 10.
Ogden told NBR he still retained about $3m
