Synlait board seeks pay rise
If approved, the increase will apply from April 1, 2020.
NZX-listed dairy company Synlait is seeking a 5% director pay rise at its annual meeting in Christchurch next month.
On November 27 investors will be asked to vote on increasing directors’ fees from $85,000 to $88,900 each, and increasing the chair’s fee from $169,000 to $178,000.
