Synlait leave to appeal requires oral hearing
A hearing date has yet to be agreed by the parties.
The Supreme Court has advised Synlait Milk it will hold an oral hearing before deciding whether to grant leave to appeal the Court of Appeal's decision to reinstate the land covenants on Synlait Milk’s Pokeno site.
The neighbouring land and associated covenants are held by New Zealand
