Orion Health founder Ian McCrae has moved to euthanise the NZX status of his software company, with a proposal to acquire the rest of its shares and take it private.
In documents disclosed to the NZX today Mr McCrae notified the company of a takeover offer for the 14.4% of Orion shares he does
