Shareholders of Taupo Motorsports Park at the company’s annual meeting in Taupo have voted against the $7.1 million sale of their business and assets.
The contentious vote followed a last-minute ultimatum issued by minority shareholder Taupo Car Club, which on Monday demanded $450,000 in cash
