Team NZ shifts to new base on commercial terms
Lease signed out to 2028 for former Ineos team premises at $550,000 a year.

America’s Cup defender Emirates Team NZ has agreed a five-year and nine-month lease with Auckland Council for the former Ineos team base at 56 Brigham St.
The team aims to complete its move from current digs at the Viaduct Events Centre by September.
