Telcos to lift website bans as they get back to business

The 'extreme step' of banning websites is being rolled back.

Two weeks after the Christchurch shootings, when New Zealand telcos shut down access to some global websites to stop the spread of the gunman's video and manifesto, some telcos are now re-opening banned sites while other companies are reconsidering their advertising on social networks.
