Despite the seemingly abrupt nature of TIL Logistics chief executive Alan Pearson’s resignation yesterday, he says it was more than a year in the works.
In a note to shareholders yesterday , the NZX-listed firm said Pearson had tendered his resignation, effective from the day before.
