Veritas stabilising under influence of alcohol

Relieved of its burdensome Mad Butcher and Nosh businesses, bar owner Veritas Investments is managing to keep its head above water and cash in the till.
The company’s latest results reported to the NZX show a net profit of $600,000 for the six months to December, from revenue of $12.5m.
