Global sharemarkets tumbled in response to President Donald Trump’s threat to double down on Chinese goods tariffs as China drags out negotiations on the trade war.
Mr Trump accused the Chinese of trying to “renegotiate” the deal ahead of a new round of talks set to begin in Washington
