Stocks on Wall Street fell then recovered after President Donald Trump ’ s threat of additional tariffs on Chinese goods was countered by comments from the National Economic Council (NEC).
It said a meeting between Mr Trump and his Chinese equivalent at this weekend's G20 summit in Buenos Aires
