Prominent Wellington businessman Malcolm Johnson has admitted insider trading and been ordered to pay $75,000 in lieu of a penalty to the Financial Markets Authority.
Johnson, whose full name is Eion Malcolm Miller Johnson, is a former director and chairman of NZX-listed Promisia Integrative,
