Xero boss exits Telstra's board; should he drop Fletcher too?

UPDATE: Fletcher's full-year result did not yield any immediate update on the board front, but did record that Steve Vamos received $209,818 in fees from the loss-making construction company in year to June.
Rod Drury was Mr Xero, living and breathing the company he founded day and night.
