A 15-year inheritance battle between two brothers has culminated in the marketing of a parcel of land near Kerikeri.

The spat involves Michael Perkins of Kerikeri and his brother John, who lives in the UK. They have been fighting over proceeds of the estate of their late mother, Muriel.
