Canon New Zealand has appointed Skye Nicholls to the newly created role of Head of Customer Experience.
The newly formed Customer Experience team brings together a number of internal division to focus on all aspects of the customer journey, from customer acquisition though to retention.
The Customer Experience team is one of many investments Canon has made in both Consumer and Business divisions. From products to services, the Customer Experience team will enhance customer’s experiences with the Canon brand.
Prior to joining Canon, Skye held various executive roles at Converga Ltd, including Country Manager, NZ and GM, Digital Services. Mr Nicholls boasts a wealth of experience having led teams across Australia, New Zealand, USA and the Philippines; specialising in delivering customer-focused solutions.
