Car Torque: Toyota keeps its world crown

Toyota came close to realising its goal of being the first carmaker to sell 10 million cars in 2013. Close, but not quite: the Japanese giant finished the year at 9.98 million vehicles, a 2% increase over 2012 but just short of its prediction that it would hit double figures.
