CBRE welcomes two new agents specialising in the industrial and logistics sector.
Chad Greer and Lewis Watson join CBRE as Negotiators, based in the South Auckland office
Chad specialises in leasing and sales in the sought after Auckland Airport and Mangere districts. Prior to joining CBRE, Chad managed a large soft commodity portfolio in London where he was trading with high net worth individuals and large corporations including Aldi, Lidl and Sainsbury's
Lewis will be focusing on the East Tamaki area, working closely with established operator Tim Boyle. After 10 years in the sales industry in New Zealand, Lewis worked in West London in the residential property market. He also has experience in the construction project management sector.
Claus Brewer, National Director of Industrial & Logistics, said the expansion of the team allows CBRE to further grow its industrial agency offering.
