A 10-day hold-up of documents in Chinese customs might mean Rakon will miss its Chinese factory sale deadline.
At a special meeting on Friday, shareholders in the Auckland-based technology manufacturer approved the 80% sale of its Chengdu joint venture factory to Chinese company ZheJiang
