Christchurch property developer wins appeal against ad agency
Loose ends still being tied up with Infinity's defunct Pegasus subsidiary.
The former property developer of the Pegasus town project has successfully partly appealed a case against an advertising agency at the High Court in Christchurch.
In June, Wanaka property development firm Infinity Investment Group lost a Christchurch District Court case to Simpatico Advertising
