This is a supplied media release.

Software development experts ClearPoint have appointed Roger Ford as Head of Consult, to continue to grow ClearPoint’s consulting offering.

A highly experienced business consultant and current President of the New Zealand Software Association, Roger has more than 25 years of IT industry experience and a passion for helping businesses to transform through technology.

ClearPoint CEO Phil Pietersen is thrilled by the appointment and believes Roger has the right mix of consulting experience and expertise to help meet growing customer demand for robust and scalable IT strategies.

“Roger has a proven track record of guiding businesses of all shapes and sizes through various aspects of digital transformation, so we’re delighted to have him on board,” says Phil.

Roger says he’s excited by the opportunity to further strengthen ClearPoint’s Consulting team by growing their service offering and working alongside leading technical experts.

“ClearPoint’s consultants are a talented mix of business leaders and senior technologists, with global experience across a range of industries” says Roger. “I’m really looking forward to working with people who share my passion for combining fresh thinking and technical expertise to deliver exceptional business outcomes.”

In addition to leading a talented team, Roger believes ClearPoint’s vendor independent approach is refreshing as it provides freedom to advise organisations about best practice strategies, without bias towards any specific technology, product or vendor.

“This means we can focus on developing innovative digital strategies which align with our customer’s vision of success, enabling us to deliver the outcomes and value our customers are looking for,” says Roger.
