Spending more than $650,000 to study a Clifford Bay ferry terminal is a blatant waste of taxpayers’ money.

This is the view of Pacifica Shipping chief executive Steve Chapman.

Mr Chapman said far more productive ways could be found to improve the efficiency of inter-island freight
