International air travel without restrictions resumes for eligible Australians on Monday with Qantas flying direct from Sydney to London via Darwin, and nonstop Sydney-Los Angeles. A Melbourne-London service, also via Darwin, starts on November 6. Flights to Singapore resume on November 22 from
