AFT Pharmaceuticals, New Zealand’s largest domestic pharmaceuticals company, has advised that Stuart Houliston will commence as the chief financial officer on June 15, 2026.
As advised in March, Malcolm Tubby will retire from the role on May 29, and Simon Bosley will take over the role in the interim period.
AFT chair David Flacks said: “We are delighted Stuart has agreed to join the company. Stuart brings financial expertise from both public markets and the accounting profession, which will strongly support the future strategy and growth of the business.”
Houliston joins the company from Sanford, New Zealand’s largest integrated fishing and aquaculture company with circa $500 million revenue. Prior to that, he was an audit director at KPMG with a broad range of commercial businesses. He is a chartered accountant and holds a Master of Science degree from Oxford University.
