Smith joined Bobux mid-Covid lockdown in 2020, and has guided the business through a highly disruptive period with astute financial management and business pragmatism.
An experienced financial manager, and chartered accountant since 2011, Smith has worked across a range of industries both in NZ and abroad. Smith’s experience in senior commercial and finance roles include listed companies such as CBRE Global and Lazard, and services businesses including Deans and Associates, Bellingham Wallace, BDO, and The Interiors Group.
The establishment of both the CFO role and Smith’s appointment into this position is continued evidence of both a highly resilient global business and an ambitious growth agenda.
Smith is husband to Lucy, and father to two Bobux shoe wearers; Hugo (2 years) and Phoebe (5 years).
