Briscoe Group appoints Mark Cairns as independent director
Former Port of Tauranga boss has been appointed to the retailer’s board.
Mark Cairns has been appointed as a Briscoe Group director.
Briscoe Group has appointed Mark Cairns as an independent director.
Cairns, who is also chair of Freightways and a director of Auckland International Airport, will join the board on November 1.
His appointment follows Andy Coupe's intention to retire at next year's annual meeting.
