Morrison is a litigator who focuses on complex commercial disputes. She has acted for clients in the insurance, financial, IT, transport, construction, and telco sectors, as well as for high-net-worth individuals in private wealth disputes. She has particular expertise in large-scale contract and tort disputes, directors’ duties, and regulatory compliance.
McQuaid is a corporate lawyer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital investment. She has acted for the shareholders of Defend on its sale to Vodafone New Zealand and for Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed Nomura on its acquisitions of Planit Software and Qual IT.
Molloy’s practice focuses on commercial property and he regularly acts for developers and property investment funds. He has recently advised Cardinal Logistics on a major automated warehousing development and private equity firm Tasman Capital on the acquisition of iconic New Zealand coastal property and hospitality assets.
