Today Cuncannon has announced an expanded offering, with John Stephens bringing his commercial law practice to the firm, and Kathleen Morrison her commercial disputes and insolvency practice.
“As we approach our one-year anniversary, we are delighted to announce the further growth of Cuncannon,” said founding partner Fionnghuala Cuncannon.
“The intention was always to start small and grow at a rate and in a way that made sense, and having the opportunity to work with John and Kathleen again does just that.
“John and Kathleen’s practices will complement and expand Cuncannon’s current work. They bring deep expertise and experience, rounding out our commercial offering,” Fionnghuala added.
Morrison said: “I am looking forward to joining Kate, Paul, Fionnghuala, and John in the partnership. This is a great opportunity for me to pursue the type of work I am known for and thrive on, and to contribute to the growth of a firm that is strongly grounded in excellence.”
Stephens said: “This is an exciting opportunity for my commercial practice to broaden and grow Cuncannon, bringing corporate and commercial expertise that broaden the services we can offer our clients.
“Fionnghuala and I have worked closely together for many years, and I have been truly thrilled with what Cuncannon has achieved in just a year of operating, so I am really looking forward to this next chapter,” he added.
These appointments take effect from Monday October 6.
