Digital Island has appointed Andrew Crawford as general manager of business development, effective September 1, 2025.
Digital Island, a leader in cloud communications and contact centre innovation, is accelerating its growth trajectory with the appointment.
Crawford brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience, most recently as head of sales at Kordia NZ, where he led national sales strategy across cybersecurity, cloud, and connectivity. His customer-centric approach and deep understanding of enterprise challenges will empower Digital Island clients to unlock the full potential of AI-enabled communications, omnichannel engagement, and scalable CX platforms.

The company said Crawford will lead Digital Island’s commercial growth strategy, partner ecosystem, and enterprise sales initiatives. He will be based in Auckland.
