Worldline New Zealand has announced two key appointments to its senior executive team.
Kathryn Haworth is the company’s new chief strategy, governance and public affairs officer, with responsibility for guiding the company following its rebranding under the new Worldline name, announced last month.
Haworth comes from Lotto NZ where, as part of the executive team, she was responsible for strategy, analytics, communications, and CSR.
The second appointment is Miranda de Nooijer, who joined WNZ in September as the new chief people officer. de Nooijer brings nearly two decades experience in human resources management in senior HR roles with Fonterra, BNZ, and GE Capital.
Worldline NZ CEO Maxine Elliott said she was thrilled to have Haworth and Miranda de Nooijer on board.
“It is an exciting time to be part of payments as the industry faces some of its biggest challenges and game-changing opportunities ... Miranda and Kathryn have key roles in helping us thrive in the new world,” Elliott said.
