Fonterra appoints new COO for global consumer and foodservice
Interim appointee becomes chief operating officer for global consumer and foodservice.
Fonterra has appointed Judith Swales to the role of chief operating officer, global consumer and foodservice. This follows her appointment to the role in an acting capacity earlier this year.
Ms Swales has worked in Fonterra since 2013 and is already a member of the executive team. She has leadership experience in consumer businesses and transformation, across multiple industries, including her previous roles as managing director of the co-operative’s Oceania business and chief operating officer of Fonterra’s transformation and innovation function.
The appointment takes effect immediately.
