Fujitsu appoints Jo Healey to lead customer transformation in New Zealand and Australia
Veteran technology leader returns to spearhead customer-centric strategy, accelerating digital transformation for businesses and government organisations
Global digital experience leader Fujitsu has appointed of Jo Healey as vice-president and head of customer, Oceania, effective from June 30, 2025.
This strategic appointment marked a return for Healey, who previously worked at Fujitsu from 2006 to 2014. In her most recent role at Fujitsu, she served as managing director in New Zealand, exceeding financial targets and significantly growing the company’s market presence.
Her appointment underscores Fujitsu’s commitment to simplifying operations, solving customer challenges, and driving success through digital transformation, ultimately enhancing customer experiences across the region.
Healey brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in sales, customer experience, partnerships, and marketing to Fujitsu. She previously held key leadership positions at Kyndryl, Capgemini, Dimension Data NZ, and IBM. Her deep understanding of the technology landscape and prior success within Fujitsu will be invaluable as she accelerates the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
