Cameron Partners has appointed Ben Kyle as a partner.
Mr Kyle has been a director with the firm since March 2018 and has over 10 years’ investment banking experience in New Zealand and Australia.
Mr Kyle has advised on a number of high-profile, complex transactions across M&A and equity capital markets including Samling Group on the sale of Hikurangi Forest Farms; the independent directors of Tilt Renewables on its unsolicited takeover offer; the board of Fletcher Building on its $750m secondary capital raising; Serko on its placement to institutional investors in Australia and New Zealand; and Pedersen Group on the sale of its Australasian Contracting Business
