Big plans for New Zealand market share.
South Auckland realtor Derryn Mayne has been appointed as a director of Century 21 New Zealand after buying a 25% stake in the company from Charles Tarbey, owner of Century 21 Australasia.
The new co-owner plans to increase Century 21 New Zealand’s market share with a key focus on recruitment, staff training, building successful teams, succession planning and overall business development. Ms Mayne is also keen to attract and encourage high-performing salespeople to consider Century 21 franchise ownership.
Ms Mayne will retain ownership of her own Century 21 office. She established the Manurewa-based franchise 11 years ago during the global financial crisis and has since won a number of real estate awards.
