Law firm Lindsay LA appoints Tom Pasley director
Commercial litigator Tom Pasley was a founding member of Lindsay LA.
Specialist litigation and arbitration law firm Lindsay LA appointed Tom Pasley as a director from April. Pasley focuses on commercial disputes and has particular expertise in complex contractual disputes, company and securities law, banking and financing disputes, competition law, regulatory investigations (such as Commerce Commission and Financial Markets Authority), professional negligence, and class actions. He is also well-versed in acting on criminal matters and complex trust disputes.
Tom was a founding member of Lindsay LA in 2017 and holds an LLB (Hons) and LLM (Hons) from the University of Auckland.
The firm has also recently appointed Sam McNae (BCom, Finance, First Class Hons), who was previously an analyst at a national finance company.
