Lawyer, director appointed to NZ on Air

The pair replace Stuart McLauchlan and Ian Taylor.

Philip Broughton and Linda Clark have been appointed to the NZ on Air board by Broadcasting Minister Kris Faafoi.

 

Ms Clark is a partner with Kensington Swan and a former leading television journalist. Mr Broughton is a business mentor for Te Puni Kōkiri and facilitator for the Institute of Directors governance programmes.

 

Ms Clark fills a vacancy in a position previously held by Ian Taylor, who completed his term in November 2018, and Mr Broughton will replace Stuart McLauchlan who is finishing his term. The new terms are until March 31, 2022.
