Founder of consultancy company North, Gavin Becker joins the company.
Marketing agency Digitas NZ has appointed Gavin Backer as its new managing director.
With over 20 years’ international experience and expertise in design thinking, strategy, and customer-centered methods, Becker brings deep knowledge of customer experience, data and insight, product development and emerging technologies to the role.
Becker founded the consultancy and strategic innovation company North in 2019. The company focused on helping businesses accelerate innovation to build lasting value and capabilities across their customer value chain.
Becker was also managing director of Isobar until September last year, and previously held the role of head of digital, innovation & ventures at Colenso BBDO.
Digitas ANZ chief executive Adrian Farouk said, “It is an exciting time at Digitas to be able to welcome Becker on board during a period of unprecedented growth within the business through new clients Toyota and Westpac.”
