Kensington Swan has promoted Sarah-Lee Stead to special counsel.
A health and safety specialist, Ms Stead, is an experienced advocate and litigator, providing advice on compliance and workplace management issues and supporting clients through incident investigations and prosecutions.
In her new role, Ms Stead will be responsible for the firm’s relationships with its Auckland-based health and safety clients.
Ms Stead has considerable of experience dealing with WorkSafe New Zealand, assisting clients with workplace accidents, accident investigations and representing clients in prosecutions and coroners’ inquests.
