New board appointment to Kiwi Wealth

Former Spark executive appointed.

Kiwi Wealth has appointed former Spark executive David Havercroft to its board.

An executive with more than 35 years’ experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, Mr Havercroft is chairman of fibre and mobile infrastructure company Connect 8, and a director of Southern Cross Cables Network and Feenix Communications.

He was previously chief operating officer and chief technology officer of Spark New Zealand and has held executive and management positions with IBM Asia Pacific, Cable & Wireless and BT.
